Proxy marketing loves big Saudi numbers, and some pages can’t agree with themselves. Bright Data’s Saudi page title says 1,666,567 IPs; its heading says 416,641. Oxylabs claims 1,024,158 Saudi IPs, and its own city table shows 1,273 in Riyadh. So I ranked the best proxies in Saudi Arabia only on what each provider states, and flagged where the numbers don’t add up. ProxyAdvice earns a commission on some links here at no extra cost to you.
The best proxies in Saudi Arabia for 2026 are DataImpulse, Bright Data and IPRoyal. DataImpulse lists 958,095 Saudi IPs at $1 per GB and names six payment options. Bright Data includes city, state and ZIP targeting and offers 50% off residential for 3 months right now. IPRoyal lists 186,458 Saudi IPs in 40 cities, with static ISP IPs from $1.80.
A Saudi proxy is a server with a Saudi IP address that forwards your requests, so websites see a visitor in Riyadh, Jeddah or another city in the Kingdom. Residential and mobile IPs come from real home and phone lines; datacenter IPs come from server racks and are easier for sites to flag as non-local.
Pick the type by the job. Residential IPs suit price checks and local search results. Mobile IPs on carriers such as Mobily or Zain suit app testing and social media. ISP or static IPs keep one fixed address for weeks, which suits account work. Datacenter IPs cost least but are the most likely to be treated as foreign. See our best residential proxies and best mobile proxies rankings for the wider picture.
I haven’t bought a Saudi plan from every provider here. These notes cover what each provider’s own Saudi page, location list and residential page stated on October 30, 2026. Where a page had no Saudi detail, the review says so instead of guessing. I left Evomi out because its pricing page publishes no country list.
If the site must believe you’re in Saudi Arabia, buy residential or mobile, not datacenter.
Because many sites change prices, ads, search results and app features by country, and Saudi users often see Arabic pages, riyal prices and local offers that visitors elsewhere don’t. A Saudi IP shows you that local version without travelling.
Pick the proxy type, set the country to Saudi Arabia (code SA) in your provider’s dashboard, and check the exit IP before real work. Then make sure what you do through it is lawful, because a Saudi IP doesn’t change the rules that apply to the job itself.
A proxy changes the IP a site sees, nothing more. It doesn’t make unauthorized access lawful, and it doesn’t hide cookies or logins. New to proxies? Our guide to what a proxy server is covers the basics, and you can test your proxies with GoToProxy before wiring them in.
Small test, check the exit IP, keep the job lawful.

DataImpulse is the best all-round pick for Saudi IPs. Its by-location page lists 958,095 Saudi residential IPs, and the price is $1 per GB, the same as every other country. It names six ways to pay, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. The catch: city, state, ZIP and ASN targeting cost twice the basic price.

Right now in 2026, new customers can start with the Intro plan, 5 GB for $5, and unused gigabytes never expire. That suits a Saudi price check you run once a week: buy a small amount and use it over months. The Basic plan keeps the $1 rate at 50 GB for $50, and the Advanced plan drops to $0.80 per GB at 1 TB.
Payment is where DataImpulse stands out for buyers in the Kingdom. The location page names Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay and a crypto wallet. Country targeting is included; if you need Riyadh or Jeddah specifically, the page says city, state, ZIP and ASN targeting cost twice the basic price.
To get started, buy the Intro plan, set the country to Saudi Arabia in the dashboard, and copy the login for gw.dataimpulse.com on port 823. The residential page lists HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, 99.51% success and about 1 s response, both as advertised, and a 7-day refund policy. The page doesn’t state a support language.
| Plan | Price | Traffic | Per GB |
|---|---|---|---|
| Intro (new customers) | $5, one time | 5 GB | $1.00 |
| Basic | $50 | 50 GB | $1.00 |
| Advanced | $800 | 1 TB | $0.80 |
| Custom+ | From $4,000 | 5 TB and up | Custom |
The Saudi count comes from DataImpulse’s residential proxies by location page, which lists it next to other Gulf countries such as Oman with 130,732 and Kuwait with 58,245.
Verdict: Best for cheap Saudi residential IPs with easy payment; not ideal if you need city targeting at the base price. Read the full DataImpulse review →

Bright Data includes city, state and ZIP targeting in Saudi Arabia at no extra cost, plus carrier and ASN options, and its Saudi page offers 50% off residential for 3 months with code RESIGB50. Its heading lists 416,641 Saudi IPs. The problem: the page title says 1,666,567, and the page doesn’t explain the gap.

This month’s offer is the reason to look now: $4 per GB pay as you go against an $8 list price, and a match on your first deposit of up to $500. Monthly plans run from $499 for 141 GB to $1,999 for 798 GB, at $3 to $4 per GB under the promo. After 3 months, budget for the list price.
For Saudi work that needs precision, this is the strongest page here. It says city, state and ZIP targeting are free, and it describes carrier and ASN targeting and switching between datacenter, ISP, residential and mobile networks. It also shows two per-IP price tables, from $0.9 to $1.8 per IP, but doesn’t label which proxy type each table is for.
To get started, take the free residential trial (no length stated), apply RESIGB50, and set the country to Saudi Arabia in the dashboard. Billing is in US dollars, and the page says the USD price is binding even where it shows riyals. Payment methods appear only as logos, with AWS Marketplace named in text. No support language is stated.
| Plan | Price | Traffic | Per GB |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pay as you go | No commitment | Any | $4 promo, $8 list |
| $499 a month | Monthly | 141 GB | $4 promo |
| $999 a month | Monthly | 332 GB | $3 promo |
| $1,999 a month | Monthly | 798 GB | $3 promo |
The Saudi page shows prices in riyals for reference but bills in US dollars. Its two per-IP tables are unlabelled; they match the site’s ISP and datacenter starting prices, but the page doesn’t say so.
Verdict: Best for precise Saudi targeting during the promo; not ideal if you want one clear Saudi IP count. Read the full Bright Data review →

IPRoyal’s Saudi page lists 186,458 IPs and 40 Saudi cities, from Riyadh and Jeddah to Abha and Tabuk, and sells every type there: residential, ISP from $1.80 per proxy, datacenter from $1.39 and mobile from $10.11 a day. Residential traffic never expires. The weak spot: payment methods sit on a separate page.

The Saudi page’s residential price, from $1.75 per GB, is the 10 TB rate. The residential page read the same day starts at $7 for 1 GB on subscription and $5.25 at 10 GB, so small buyers pay more than the headline. Because gigabytes never expire, a slow month doesn’t waste what you paid for.
IPRoyal also publishes a separate Riyadh page claiming 116,977 IPs, which is more than half its national figure. The country page lists 40 cities without counts. For account work, the ISP option gives a static Saudi address from $1.80 per proxy with unlimited sessions, and sticky residential sessions last up to 7 days.
To get started, start the free trial on residential or buy 1 GB, pick Saudi Arabia and a city in the dashboard, and choose sticky for logged-in work. Check the payment options page before you commit, since the Saudi page names none. No support language is stated.
| Plan | Price | Traffic | Per GB |
|---|---|---|---|
| Residential 1 GB | Subscription | 1 GB | $7.00 |
| Residential 10 GB | Subscription | 10 GB | $5.25 |
| Residential custom | From 10 TB | 10,000 GB and up | $1.75 |
| ISP | Per proxy | Static | From $1.80 |
| Datacenter | Per proxy | Static | From $1.39 |
The Saudi page states 99% uptime in one section and 99.9% in the product list.
Verdict: Best for static Saudi IPs and wide city coverage; not ideal for small buyers chasing the headline price. Read the full IPRoyal review →
Oxylabs publishes the largest Saudi figure here: 1,024,158 IPs. Its Saudi page sells residential and SOCKS5 from $2.50 per GB, mobile from $3.50 and dedicated datacenter from $1.20 per IP. But the same page’s city table shows 1,273 IPs in Riyadh, and it lists no payment methods or trial.

The $2.50 headline is the 1,000 GB tier. The residential page read the same day starts at $6 per GB up to 5 GB, then $5 up to 20 GB and $4 up to 125 GB. If your Saudi job runs to hundreds of gigabytes, the volume price is competitive; for a first test, it’s the dearest per GB after IPRoyal’s 1 GB plan.
The gap between 1,024,158 national IPs and 1,273 in Riyadh is the kind of thing marketing pages rarely explain, and this one doesn’t. Treat the national figure as the pool you can draw on with country targeting, and don’t assume deep city coverage. The residential page lists free targeting down to city and ZIP.
To get started, use the $5 welcome credit from the residential page, create a proxy user, and add the country code for Saudi Arabia to the username at pr.oxylabs.io:7777. The page advertises 99.95% success and unlimited concurrent sessions. It doesn’t state payment methods or a support language.
| Plan | Price | Traffic | Per GB |
|---|---|---|---|
| Residential up to 5 GB | Pay as you go | Up to 5 GB | $6.00 |
| Residential up to 125 GB | Pay as you go | Up to 125 GB | $4.00 |
| Residential 1K+ GB | Pay as you go | 1,000 GB and up | $2.50 |
| Mobile | Saudi page | From | $3.50 |
| Datacenter | Dedicated | Per IP | From $1.20 |
The Saudi page lists ISP proxies in the navigation but shows no ISP price or detail.
Verdict: Best for the biggest stated Saudi pool at volume; not ideal for a small first purchase. Read the full Oxylabs review →
SOAX has the most detailed Saudi page: 10 regions, 26 cities and mobile carriers including Mobily and Zain Saudi Arabia, with 5G, 4G, LTE and 3G options. It names nine ways to pay, from Visa to USDT and wire. The weak spots: only 24,360 Saudi IPs, STC isn’t listed, and no price appears on the page.

If you test an app on a Saudi carrier, this is the page that tells you which ones you get. Mobily and Zain Saudi Arabia are named; STC, the largest operator, isn’t. Regions run from Riyadh and Mecca to the Eastern Province and Jazan, and cities include Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Medina and Tabuk.
Payment options are the widest here: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, wire transfer, and Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC and Solana. The page says there’s no free trial, but you can open a free Sandbox account, then buy credits to test at Sandbox rates. Its closing button says Start your trial, which conflicts with that.
To get started, open the Sandbox, top up credits, and pick Saudi Arabia, a region or city, and a carrier for mobile. The page lists HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, UDP and QUIC for mobile and residential, unlimited concurrent sessions and sticky IPs. Check prices on the separate pricing page; no support language is stated.
| Plan | Price | Traffic | Per GB |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sandbox | Free account | No credits included | Sandbox rates |
| Residential and mobile | See pricing page | Not listed | Not listed |
Among the carriers SOAX lists for Saudi Arabia are universities and Cloudflare Warp, so not every network on the list is a consumer mobile operator.
Verdict: Best for Saudi carrier targeting and flexible payment; not ideal if you need a big Saudi pool or a price up front. Read the full SOAX review →

Decodo has the safest way to try Saudi IPs: a 3-day trial with 100MB and a 14-day money-back on eligible plans. Its locations page lists Saudi Arabia under countries that have more than 50 IPs, with no count, and Saudi Arabia isn’t in its datacenter list. That’s a thin promise to buy a big plan on.

Use the trial to answer the question the page doesn’t: are there enough Saudi IPs for your job? Run your real target for 3 days, check how often the exit IP is in the Kingdom, and only then buy. The smallest plan is 3 GB for $11.25, and the rate falls to $2.75 per GB at 100 GB.
Decodo includes every targeting level on its residential page, from country and state to city, ZIP and ASN, so the price doesn’t double for Riyadh the way it does at DataImpulse. Whether those levels have enough IPs inside Saudi Arabia is something the page doesn’t say. It publishes counts for only six countries.
To get started, take the trial, set the location to Saudi Arabia, and use the gate.decodo.com endpoint on port 7000 with your username and password, or allowlist your IP. Prices exclude VAT. The residential page advertises 99.92% success and under 0.5 s response. No support language or payment list was on the pages read.
| Plan | Price | Traffic | Per GB |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 GB | $11.25 a month | 3 GB | $3.75 |
| 25 GB | $81.25 a month | 25 GB | $3.25 |
| 100 GB | $275 a month | 100 GB | $2.75 |
| Pay as you go | No commitment | Any | $4.00 |
The 14-day money-back guarantee doesn’t cover trial usage.
Verdict: Best for trying Saudi IPs risk-free; not ideal if you need proof of Saudi depth before buying. Read the full Decodo review →

Proxy-Seller ranks last for one reason: I couldn’t find a Saudi Arabia page on its site, so I can’t confirm Saudi IPs from its own words. Its residential page lists 220+ locations with country, state, city and ISP targeting, a Test plan at $3.50 per GB and the lowest advertised response here, about 0.35 s.

If you already use Proxy-Seller elsewhere, check Saudi Arabia in the dashboard’s location list before buying. The Test plan at $3.50 per GB is small enough to find out, and the FAQ allows a replacement or refund within 24 hours of purchase. Code GOTO15OFF takes a discount at checkout.
The trade-off is time: Test and Volume traffic both expire after 30 days, and Volume starts from $1.45 per GB. Unlimited concurrent sessions, rotation by time or by request, and both username and IP allowlisting are listed on the residential page.
To get started, buy the Test plan, choose Saudi Arabia if it appears in the location list, and run your target within the first day so the 24-hour refund window still applies. No support language or payment list was stated on the page read.
| Plan | Price | Traffic | Per GB |
|---|---|---|---|
| Test | Pay per GB | Valid 30 days | $3.50 |
| Volume | Custom size | Valid 30 days | From $1.45 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | From $0.30 |
This review uses the residential page because no Saudi-specific page was found. Saudi availability should be confirmed in the dashboard before buying.
Verdict: Best for existing customers on short projects; not ideal until Saudi coverage is confirmed. Read the full Proxy-Seller review →
These bars put each provider’s published Saudi figures side by side, as stated on October 30, 2026. Nobody here ran a benchmark. Decodo and Proxy-Seller publish no Saudi count, so they’re missing from the first chart. Bright Data’s bar uses its heading figure, not its title.

Four kinds of buyer cover most Saudi jobs. Choose by how precise the location must be, whether you need a mobile carrier, and how you want to pay.
I read each provider’s Saudi Arabia page, plus Decodo’s and DataImpulse’s location lists and the residential pages for prices, on October 30, 2026. The legal note follows the Anti-Cyber Crime Law text published by the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. Scores weight Saudi coverage as stated by the provider at 30%, price at 25%, and payments, Saudi targeting and trial terms at 15% each. Nobody here ran a speed test.
